He works on enterprise IoT, AI, standards, digital health and the systems required to move from pilot projects to national adoption.
Dr. Rishi founded and chaired the IET India IoT Panel. He now chairs the IET Future Tech Panel and Future Tech Congress, where sector leaders work on standards, policy and innovation.
The Government of India’s Telecommunication Engineering Centre appointed him to its machine-to-machine standards work. His policy work also covers the Production Linked Incentive Scheme, digital transformation, IoT policy and startup ecosystems.
He has contributed to the National Telemedicine Pilot Task Force and Digital Health Standards under the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare.
